To meet the challenges and opportunities of teaching and learning in the 21st century, Broadlands School have established a secure web-based learning system called KnowledgeNET.
KnowledgeNET enables us to facilitate:
* Private access to classroom information, every student will log on with a unique username and password. This site is not open to the general public.
* Effective and efficient communication between home and school.
* Shared learning between student, teacher and home.
* 24/7 access anywhere, anytime.
We will be utilising the following functions:
* Student Individual Page - viewable to the student, parents and staff. Students maintain this themselves.
* Class page with ‘digital learning links’ appropriate to the students.
* Login page with a school calendar of events maintained.
