Beyond the Classroom …..

Broadlands School has provided all its Year 1-6 students with the opportunity to demonstrate their abilities through the newly established ‘Learners’ Enrichment Programme’.

With an Arts focus, this programme will assist the teaching staff to not only identify to identify students with special talents and abilities but to also to nurture the potential of all students.

For a one hour every Friday morning for six weeks, the students will be involved in one of the following specialised periods:

•   Problem Solving
•   ICT
•   Sounds Art (Recorder)
•   Visual Arts
•   Tikanga Maori 
•   Food Technology (Cooking) 

Students will be provided with the opportunity to celebrate their achievements and share their talents and skills with the School community at special Performing Assemblies held at the end of each Term.
